Infertility Services

An infertility evaluation is recommended if you are having difficulty becoming pregnant. Usually this means that you have not become pregnant after 1 year of regular sexual intercourse without using any form of contraception. If you are older than 35 years, an infertility evaluation may be performed after 6 months of trying to conceive. For couples with any gynecologic or urologic concerns, an evaluation may be warranted sooner.
During an infertility evaluation both you and your partner may undergo tests to try to find the cause. The first visit usually involves a detailed medical history and physical exam. If you have had testing performed previously, you should bring the results to your visit. You will likely require further testing, and this will be recommended and arranged following your appointment.
There are many options for therapy. Based on your specific needs, we can help develop a plan for your family.
